Division 1 enclosure will contain an explosion inside and not propagate it into the surrounding atmosphere. Designed for use in high humidity applications driving pumps, compressors, blowers, fans, and many other loads that require a 1.15 service factor. UL & CSA listed for Class I (Gas), Group C & D with a T3C temperature code. Motors are suitalble for fixed speed, sine wave only operation.
